The action plot

Have you ever wondered how some activities become habits and other activities not?

The right sizing of your activities may be a spot for you to look at.

Leading and lagging measures

Execution can be a lot smoother when you use the right type of measures. It's particularly useful when implementing new habits. Are you and your team using the right metrics to drive execution?

Who do we trust?

Current times offer an opportunity to take a closer look at the leaders in our world. It's fascinating to see how country, business and science leaders tackle the multiple challenges we face today. Some seem to be doing all the right things, while others turn, twist and change directions constantly.

It prompted me to think: Who can we trust? Who do we trust? and why do we trust?

It reminded me of the book "The speed of trust" from Stephen M.R. Covey and based on that I created the following post.

I challenge you to recognise this (positive or negative) when you watch the news or when meeting with colleagues. Feel free to share: It will be over faster if we can trust our leaders.
